I was later appointed in the rolling mill Dept, where I have found all support from the rolling mill officials, who have arranged special training programs fro me within the Department. Thanks God, I have completed the internal training successfully, and was later sent to Oman University to pursue my undergraduate studies, and I am now a third year student in the Law College. After graduation, I will work hard to repay the favor that Qatar Steel has done for me."

“I joined Qatar Steel in 1998 as a trainee. Then I was sent to the US to study Electrical Engineering. After graduation in 2003, I was appointed in the Steel Making Department, as an engineer in the Continuous Casting Section. After that I became the head of section in 2007 and after two years I was promoted to an assistant manager. In 2011, I was promoted to Sales Manager, as the management wanted a person with a technical background to handle the sales in the Company. Now I have been working with Qatar Steel for 14 years, which is full of good memories and moments; warm working environment and strong support of the management, which made Qatar Steel a family environment, encouraging productivity and dedication to work."
